Jonathan Howe, PhD
Founding Board Member
Jonathan focuses on program evaluation, analysis, and research. Additionally, he serves as Enliven’s chief financial officer. Prior to Enliven, Jonathan pursued a 25+ year career in investing, managing quantitative hedge funds and co-founding the firm Sensato Investors.

Founding Board Member
A veteran of Silicon Valley, Margaret brings over 20 years of business development, strategic partnership and entrepreneurial practice to our work at Enliven. Margaret leads our Funding and Partner Development and our Program Innovation Research.

Caroline Kohout
Founding Board Member
Caroline is a Marketing and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging consultant with deep experience in business process optimization. Building on 20+ years in the tech industry and two board roles in the early childhood education space, she leads the programmatic optimization practice for Enliven.
